Helping underserved, at-risk youth, and young adult males
Transitional Housing Program:
The Straight Path Transitional Housing Program is designed to combat homelessness among young men ages 18-25 who live in the community that may have aged out of foster care, been recently released from juvenile incarceration after turning 18, or just homeless due to the impoverish conditions of living in communities that lack moral guidance, local resources and necessities for them to live a healthy life.
Our Transitional Houses consist of common areas (living room, dining room & kitchen) 2 to 3 bedrooms that sleep either 1 or 2 people depending on the size of the bedroom and bathroom. All transitional houses are fully furnished and ready for occupancy.
The Straight Path Transitional Housing Program assists its participants in, identifying personal & professional strengths and weaknesses, creating short term & long-term life goals, designing an action plan and support plan to move forward with attaining success as young adults.
